Roma Women Organization from Macedonia Daja, in the frames of its Campaign for bigger participation of Roma women into politics “The future is your choice”, in its 7th phase realized the workshop “Action for changes”, in h.Kontinental - Skopje, from 23rd to 25th November 2007. Facilitators of the event were Anifa Demirovska, director of the Administration for nationalities within the Ministry for Education and Science, and Nadire Selman, first Roma woman - municipality counselor. Representatives of political parties, representatives from NGOs, representatives from state institutions and students participated on the workshop. Workshop’s aim was presentation of the results obtained by the research made by Daja on Political participation of Roma woman (2007), as well as delivering information to the participants about the achieved results by the campaign and brainstorming of opinions and ideas for the future of the campaign.
